About Cerium. Ceruium is the most reactive in the rare earth metals. It decomposes in cold water, and rapidly in hot water.
The pure metal may iginite when scartched with a knife. Cercium is never found in nature as the free element. Cercium is made for ciggurete lighters, "self-cleaning" ovens. that is what Cerum is.
